This hotel offers luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations. the spa and wellness centre provided a variety of massages and beauty treatments that left us feeling pampered and relaxed. the indoor swimming pool and steam room were also a refreshing addition to our stay. the restaurant had a great selection, and the in-room breakfast was a real treat.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was on point, and the hotel facilities were amazing. The parking was very easy, and the transportation was well-connected to the hotel. The location next to events at the O2 was a big advantage. The staff was very helpful and their service was good. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was tasty.

Beautiful rooms with a lovely river view. the buffet breakfast was amazing. Great location, just a short distance from the tube station and various shopping centers. the staff was extremely professional and helpful. the hotel provided a pack of toothpaste upon check-in.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a lot of options to choose from. Loved the swimming pool and sauna area, very relaxing. Room was clean with a fantastic view of the O2, and the reception staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Bars with panoramic views, private walkway to the arena, lovely spa facilities, courteous staff, wide variety of breakfast, River view suite. Convenient water shuttles and helpful concierge staff. Comfortable beds, early check-in, and sweet treats on arrival. Highly recommend!
